That's right. Montreal indie rock act, Land of Talk, has signed a deal Omaha label Saddle Creek in the US. This also comes on top of the news of Land of Talk's full length album which is scheduled for release (on Saddle Creek of course) October 7th.

After the falling in love with 2006 EP, Applause Cheer Boo Hiss, I am very interested how almost 2 years of touring North America and Europe has shaped their sound. Some are Lakes was recorded with Justin Vernon (Bon Iver) in Montreal...and I'm sure there will be a tour to go along with the release.
